Rose Overbey is a D.C. metro area native. She grew up in a Maryland suburb just outside of the city and currently lives in Georgetown. During the day she works at a boutique communications firm in the city as a writer. She also freelances and has been published in the Washington Post. When she’s not writing she is taking advantage of all the good deals the D.C. area has to offer — and refuses to pay full price for anything.
