Bryan Chavez writes for Living on the Cheap: If you’re a movie addict, anxiously awaiting the Oscars, AMC Theatres has an event for you.
This year’s AMC Best Picture Showcase offers you the chance to see all nine Oscar-nominated films for about $8 per flick.
Here’s the line-up for Day One: Feb. 24 (Phantom Thread, Lady Bird, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri and The Shape of Water) and Day Two: March 3 (Dunkirk, Darkest Hour, Call Me By Your Name, The Post and Get Out.)
There are also some theaters hosting a 24-hour marathon for $65 — see all nine films on March 3 starting at 10 a.m.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the box office of participating theaters. Prices may vary by location.
Then, sit back with some popcorn and see who takes home the big prize, when the 90th Oscars air March 4 on ABC.
