Today is $5 Greens Day at Sweetgreen

Popular salad chain Sweetgreen is offering some of its popular salads and bowls for 50% off, or five dollars for today only. Today also marks the first time the healthy food joint is offering the discount.

The $5 Greens Collection includes the Kale caesar salad, with chicken, tomatoes, parmesan crisps, shaved parmesan, shredded kale and romaine, the Harvest Bowl with chicken, sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese, almonds, warm wild rice and shredded kale and the Shroomami Bowl with roasted sesame tofu, warm portobello mix, raw beets, cucumbers, basil, spicy sunflower seeds, warm wild rice and shredded kale.

Guests can order ahead or pay in-store using the Sweetgreen app. Guests without the app can text 5GREENSDAY to 474747 to get a badge that can be scanned in the store.

5GREENSDAY

The $5 offering is Sweetgreen’s way of celebrating the communities they serve as they begin to open back up during the current global pandemic. They are continuing their mission to connect people to real food.

Sweetgreen has been in business for 12 years.
